It has to be noted that the owner of YouPorn has even sent a letter to the Editor in Chief of Closer Magazine which published the topless Kate photos.

In the letter, YouPorn manager Corey Price states he wants to purchase the "intimate footage" the Closer Editor has been yakking about.  In detail, Price writes:"We feel very confident that we can show this footage legally, and would like to make you aware that we have an "open checkbook.""

It has to be mentioned that the Closer Editor has revealed she held back in publishing the "intimate" pictures, although she didn't explain the reason.
